India: Solar Power to Light Billboards
The Delhi government in India has decided to make use of solar power compulsory for lighting up hoardings and for street lighting.

its a start what about solar heaters for remote villages save burning all that cow dung , what would be the cost of a simple device for village use tell the dehli goverment to get its finger out

in india.
1) fertilizer
2) biomass
3) cooking
It is not considered suitable for heating.
